This panel will be a roundtable discussion with the authors (Segrave & Vasil) of "The borders of violence: temporary migration and domestic and family violence" (Routledge 2024). Two discussants (Dr Siru Tan and Assoc. Prof. Sanja Milivojevic) will be in conversation with the authors to explore the key themes of the book and its contribution to border criminology, examinations of gendered violence and the intersections with contemporary responses to modern slavery and human trafficking.
