Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

Your booking will be confirmed by email. We do not send tickets by post. Showcase Meeting passes will be waiting at the registration desk on site.

Payments

Payments, if applicable, will be taken at point of registration. Payments can only be taken by debit and credit card, not by invoice.

Registration Fee Inclusions

Registration fees are non-refundable and include complimentary refreshments, lunch, drinks reception and dinner. Registration fees do not include accommodation or travel.

In order for your booking to be processed you must sign the terms and conditions by ticking the box agreeing to them on your registration form.

Cancelling or Substituting

Substitutions may be made in writing / by email at any time before or at our registration desk at the event. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge but we require you to advise us of any substitutions (including full contact details, dietary and accessibility requirements) no later than Friday 19th August 2022.

Registration fees are non-refundable, once payment has been taken. 

Attendance fees will not be refunded in the event of threat of war, terrorism, curtailment of public transport, strikes or other circumstances outside of the organisers control.

Disclaimer

In rare circumstances there may be occasions when changes in content, speakers, timing, location etc have to be made for reasons outside our control. We cannot accept liability for any costs or inconvenience incurred by changes to or cancellation of an event.

We can accept no responsibility for the opinions of speakers or any other persons expressed on its events.

Please note that delegates leave coats, bags and other personal items in cloakroom areas entirely at their own risk – the University accepts no responsibility for items which are lost or damaged.  Items left in cloakroom areas will be disposed of after a maximum of two weeks.
