abstract submission guidelines

Please follow the instructions provided below to complete your submission:

  • Abstract submissions are being invited for poster presentations and oral presentations.
  • The abstract should provide an overall idea of your research, attracting an audience to your presentation.
  • You may submit more than one abstract, but only one oral presentation per presenter will be scheduled in the final agenda.
  • Your submission should be no more than 250 words.
  • Please choose one theme from the list below. If you are unsure which theme your abstract fits in, please choose the closest theme. The referees will confer and allocate it to the most relevant theme.
  • Please also select the relevant keyword(s) from the provided list within our portal.

There is a plan to publish a selected set of papers from this conference in a special issue of a Journal. More information will be provided closer to the conference date.

Submission deadline: Wednesday 17th December, 5pm.
